Marvel vs. Capcom 4 Announcement Coming This Week?

Maybe we're getting worked up over nothing, there've been a lot of rumors regarding Marvel vs. Capcom 4 floating around lately. With a lot of figures in the fighting game community speaking up to confirm the rumors as being true, as well as confirming the authenticity of MVC4's supposed logo, there may another Marvel vs. Capcom game on the way.

On the other hand, Ryota Niitsuma, the producer of Marvel vs. Capcom 3, said he'd "love to make #MVC4," but also that "nothing was happening on that front." Keeping in mind that Capcom has stated that their focus is on producing Street Fighter V content until at least 2020 (and maybe beyond) and Marvel vs. Capcom 4 seems not as likely.

Right now, all eyes and ears are on PlayStation Experience 2016 and the Capcom Cup for an official announcement.
