Nintendo Switch Dev Kit Leaked?

Please take this image and with a grain of salt (we do), but this image that's been floating around appears to be an actual Nintendo Switch Dev Kit. As Thor pointed out: "Notice the volume and power up top and the cart slot."

Is it real or just a really good fake? Talk amongst yourselves.
